These terms apply when you use craftlayerstudio.com (“the site”), run by CraftLayer Studio (“we”, “us”), Delhi, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the site is for
The site tells you about our services (automation, websites, online stores, landing pages, apps, SEO, maintenance and UI/UX) and lets you contact us through WhatsApp links or email. The site has no forms. Using the site does not create a client relationship. Any project is covered by a separate written agreement or quote.
2. Prices and offers
Prices on the site are “from” prices (for example, landing pages from ₹4,999; websites from ₹24,999 / ₹39,999 / ₹64,999). All prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable. The final price and scope of every project depend on its requirements and are set in a written quote for that project; the quote (and any agreement signed with it) prevails over the site. Promotional offers apply only for the dates and terms stated with them.
3. Free website audit
- It's free and comes with no obligation.
- Send only a website you own or are authorised to have reviewed.
- We review only publicly available pages. We don't log in, test forms with fake data, or change anything on your site.
- We aim to deliver it within 72 hours of receiving your link (Mon–Fri working hours).
- The audit is general advice based on what we observed at that time. It doesn't guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. Decisions you make based on it are yours.
4. Using the site properly
Please don't:
- break the law or anyone's rights;
- try to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the site;
- send us malware, spam, or unlawful or offensive content;
- pretend to be someone else.
5. Our content
The text, design, logo, graphics and code on the site belong to CraftLayer Studio or are used with permission. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients and are shown with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
6. Links to other sites
We link to WhatsApp, Google and client websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site guarantees particular results such as rankings, traffic or revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or the free audit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. For paid projects, responsibilities and any limits are set in that project's written quote or agreement.
9. Privacy

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
